Ema Datshi:

It is the national food of Bhutan with its literal translation is chili cheese. Usually eaten with red rice, this fiery stew is made with different kinds of chilies and vegetables cooked in a creamy, melted cheese sauce.

Kewa Datshi:

Kewa Datshi is a hearty and gentler version of Ema Datshi that consists of green chilies and potatoes cooked in a cheesy sauce. It's a popular option for people who aren't used to a lot of spice.

Paa Phaksha:

Jasha Maru:

Momo:
